Crowd Time-Lapse at Balboa Park

Time Lapse photography with a four second interval between exposures. It's always interesting to see these extended sequences, especially when they involve subjects as animated as people.

Ultimately, I would like to shoot a sequence lasting eight or more hours (shortened to 30 seconds), and attempt to get some sort of aerial view of a crowd and its movement. A wider angle lens would help as well, perhaps 14mm instead of the above 35mm. (For you photophiles out there, my camera has a 2X Crop Factor, so that would be 28mm and 70mm respectively.) This video clip is just the start of that process, but I will post a follow up to this video if I capture a more successful sequence.
